February 4, 2021: Vaccine Available

Community Pharmacy is offering a “Last Chance to Vaccinate U” clinic for the residents’ and tenants’ family members who are 65 years and older who have not received their first COVID-19 vaccine.   The vaccines will be limited.  If you meet these criteria; please contact Hilaree Stringham between 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Friday, February 5 or Monday, February 8 at (641) 332-2204 to get a time slot reserved. 

There will be two clinics; one in West Des Moines and the other in Coralville. 

The first dose will be on February 13 and the second dose will be on March 6.   You must reserve the same time slot for both dates.
