The nursing home has not had any more positive COVID tests for at least 14 days. Therefore, the nursing home is no longer in outbreak status. Our county transmission rate has decreased but as a precautionary we will continue to make face masks mandatory for all staff and visitors entering the building and during the duration of visits.

Unfortunately, the assisted living facility has had tenants test positive for COVID after the holiday.  Tenants are being tested per our testing protocol and the assisted living is in outbreak status until we have no further positive tests for at least 14 days.

Visitors are still allowed and should follow the core principles of COVID-19, hand sanitizing, wearing a face mask and maintaining social distancing during your visit. If you are sick or have been exposed, please postpone your visit.
