December 30: COVID-19 Update

We have an additional resident that tested positive for COVID-19, that resident has been moved to a dedicated COVID isolation unit.  All other residents have been tested and are all negative.  We will continue to monitor residents for any signs or symptoms; and they will be tested daily for the next seven days.  All employees continue to wear the proper personal protective equipment while in the facility.  We are working closely with the local public health department and have been in communication with the Iowa department of public health. 

On December 29, 2020; we gave out 23 vaccines to the residents (ones that consented) that were not positive and had no symptoms.
