January 4 COVID-19 Update

During our outbreak testing protocol following last weeks positive employee we have had two residents test positive for COVID-19 in the nursing facility.  We will continue to follow our testing protocol and monitoring of residents.  Visitors may continue at their own discretion; and all visitors are required to wear masks at all times regardless of vaccination status.
