January 8: COVID-19 Update
The Nursing facility is currently experiencing an outbreak of COVID-19. Five residents have tested positive today for a total of seven. The outbreak at this time is confined to only one hall, however we are following our outbreak testing policy and will continue to monitor all residents. Visits may continue at your discretion. Those choosing to visit positive residents are encouraged to wear proper protective equipment to limit risk of exposure. Residents on that hall will be eating in their rooms to minimize any further spread. Again, visiting may continue at your own discretion. All visitors should continue to wear a face mask at all times during your visit, practice frequent hand hygiene and social distance. Visitors should go directly to their destination and not walk about the facility. If you have known exposure or are not feeling well, please stay home.
Thank you for your support.
