Quality Control/Restorative Nurse

The New Homestead is a 58-bed skilled nursing facility in Guthrie County.  Our mission is enriching lives through kind, compassionate care.  We provide short term and long-term care to residents in a homelike setting.  At The New Homestead we take pride in the care that we provide, making personal connections with residents and their families.  We understand that our employees are the backbone of our facility, and we want to build our team to the best it can be!  We are currently looking to fill our Quality Control/Restorative Nurse position. This position will oversee our infection control prevention program, monitor quality measures through improving systematic practices, staff training and development, complete skin assessments and assist the Director of Nursing with maintaining compliance and regulatory standards.  The position will play a key role in the facilities Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement plan.  Offering top nurse wages, a free employee meal, ability to earn PTO and a full benefit package!  Applicants must be a licensed nurse and be able to obtain necessary certification to be the facility infection preventionist.  Check us out and see how you can be part of our awesome team!
