Student Opportunities - TNH

Working in a nursing home community can be very rewarding as well as provide lifelong career skills.  Here at The New Homestead, we are partnering with students in high school to provide an opportunity to make an excellent wage as well as learn valuable life/career skills.

We have opportunities in our dietary, housekeeping (environmental services), and nursing departments for students interested in learning these areas.  For nursing aides, training with certification will be provided.

Duties Include:

• Duties vary depending on department; an overview of each department will be provided during the interview process to indicate specific department-related duties.
• Perform tasks in a manner conducive to a home-like environment for residents
• Perform the essential functions of the job in a manner that benefits our residents.
